How are files associated/how should they be saved (python script + images)

I'm confused where the main python files and associated files (pictures) are stored and accessed from. I would appreciate knowing for instance, why the duckcourt demo files are not all in the same folder- it seems the main python script is in an examples folder, while the pictures associated with the script are located in a "duckcourt" folder in an "examples" folder instead of "resources".

When I modify the duckcourt demo by creating a new folder in the examples folder, and then paste in the duckcourt demo, the images don't all load correctly. Therefore, I'm obviously confused on how Vizard accesses, and thus how I'm suppose to "store" all of my files.

Furthermore, if I create a folder on my desktop an place my main python script with associated pictures in the folder, Vizard does not correctly load the pictures (failed to load error).

Your help is appreciated! Thanks!

Vizard will search the script directory first when looking for resources (images, models, plugins, etc..). If the file is not found there, then it will search for it on the Vizard resource path. By default, the resource path includes the resources directory found in the Vizard installation folder. All the example resources that come included with Vizard are found here.
