Stereoscopic rendering
Hi everybody!
I'm using an planar vertical object (like a square), orthogonal to z axis, that should be perceived as being at a pre-fixed distance in front of the observer. If there is no other object in the scene, is there any difference between the left and right display images to cause a parallax and the impression of said distance? On this condition, will an object placed at z=5m be perceived as something at 5m of distance? Thank you all! Thales |
