video buffer

Farshid:

Rumor has it that I might be able to use use video vision to capture and drop 5 to 10 second video clips. Is that true?

Damn, the word on the street spread quickly!

Yes, the latest version of the videocapture plugin can write the contents of the delay buffer to separate image files.

aha!

Now how would I use buffer? Or how would I find out how to do that?

Hi,

Do you have a Matrox Meteor/Morphis capture card on your computer? You will need one of these to capture video.

Oops... no, I don't have that card. I guess my ignorance has been voiced! I'll get back in touch with you if and when I acquire one of those cards. Sorry for taking up your time.
