How to generate this optic flow stimuli?

Hi,

I want to know how to generate a optic flow stimuli that consists of 250 circular dots (diameter=10mm) moving in a 3-D cuboidal virtual space (3.75 m in width*3.75 m in height*30 m in depth) at a speed of 5 m/s. The total number of dots that constitute the optic flow stimuli is always constant. So this is achieved by having a new dot immediately appear in a random location at the far end of the cuboidal virtual space as soon as one dot moves beyond the boundary of the cuboidal visual space. The attachment is a picture of the this optic flow stimuli.
