Labjack U12 and network server license activation

Hello,

Does vizard 3.0 support all kinds of labjacks? I want to buy a labjack U12 for an augmented reality software intergration and testing purposes and not sure if it supports the Labjack U12.

Secondly , may you please advise on how to connect successfully to your server . I am failing to upgrade to the current version of vizard because I cannot connect to Vizard's network server. I keep on getting the message "Failed to connect to worldviz network server", when I check for upgrades under help. I was also not successfull at activating the network server license using the serial number and activation code that was given during the initial activation process and the message I keep getting says "The name/key entered does not appear to be valid"

The Labjack U12 will work with Vizard.
