Formatting Vizrad's Computer
Hi there,
Our main computer (that runs Vizrad [if relevant – this is not the most current version] and does the rendering, but is not used for PPT tracking) seems to work more and more slowly in a process that has started about 3 months ago. I don't have any idea why is this happening but the process did start at a close chronologically distance from the installation of Google's Chrome web browser, and it seems that when starting Chrome the computer all together starts to work very slowly. I know it's kind of vague but if there's a known issue about Vizrad exceptionally slowing the computer in general or any Vizard-Chrome interactions I'll be happy to get an advice. Anyway, we may consider formatting and reinstalling the computer. Is there anything special we should take into account from Vizrad side beside backuping our files and reinstalling the program when the computer is reinstalled? Many thanks! |

Vizard will not slow down your computer in general and having Vizard and Google Chrome installed on the same machine is not a problem.
If you want to reformat, first follow the instructions for unregistering Vizard: http://www.worldviz.com/vizhelp/Unregistering.htm and send the unregistration number and Vizard serial number to support@worldviz.com so we can reset the license. |
