export problem

good morning,
I am having a problem while exporting my objects from 3dsmax to vizard.
the texture format chosen is PNG and the texture compression is S3TC_DXT3.
the problem is when I load my objects in vizard, I have an error message for winviz.exe, saying "Run Time error ". do you have an idea of what could be the problem.
thanks a lot

Does the error occur when you don't use texture compression? Would it be possible to send me a sample MAX file that produces this error? My email is lashkari@worldviz.com

thanks for the reply,
I was done with the export to vizard. and in an other version I used the tga as texture format, and S3TC_DXT5. and I didn't have that problem.
I change to PNG and S3TC_DXT3.
when I load the objects in vizard have the problems. and I do use texture compression for the export.
