OSGedit...
Hi,
Has anyone managed to run OSGedit under windows? I need to create some particle effects, and I'm working mainly with OSG format so, I thought I want to give editor a try. http://osgedit.sourceforge.net/faq.html The problem I am having; even with OpenSceneGraph installed, it's still missing some .dll as if some directory are not registered in the path. I will have another go and I'll post some progress (if there's any ) Regards, Iwan |

OSGEdit...case closed.

Thanks for pointing this one out for me. I didn't read in the main page that there is an installer for version 0.6.0. I spent quite a number of hours to get 0.6.1 working. This 0.6.0 version runs fine in my computer. Regards, Iwan |

Snow....
Hi Farshizzo,
I've been looking into your snow.osg which you posted sometime ago. Is it true that we can't even use OSGedit to create particles? I could modify your snow.osg rather easily by using OSGedit... but I couldn't see any option in OSGedit to do this. REgards, Iwan |

I've never used OSGEdit, so I'm not familiar with its capabilities. Are you needing a snow effect or just looking to create your own particle effects? Vizard 3.0 comes with a snow/rain rendering plugin. If you decide to switch to 3.0 I can provide you with a sample script.
