Import real world motion data to Vizard avatar

Hi,

I am going to record some real motion data in fbx. or dae. format and apply it onto the avatar I created. Could anyone pls tell me how could it work? I saw several lines down on this page but surely that's not enough.

BTW, the sensors are going to be attached to head and hands.

Thanks.

There is no built-in support to take data from an animated fbx or dae and animate an avatar in Vizard. Through vizconnect you can animate an avatar using tracking data. See the vizconnect tutorials for more information.

Hi Jeff, we tried vizconnect first last week, by using Polhemus liberty as trackers. And we added trackers to the head and pelvis. However, after calibration, when the head moved, the whole body would swing. So what do you think might be the problem?
