Loading morph mesh error.

Hi,

I recently tried to load a 3DSMax mesh for my morph of a person gaining weight and losing weight. Before hand, I was able to use the morph just fine. Now, I get this error, and I'm not sure if there's been any documentation somewhere that I can look at to resolve it.

If possible, how can I fix this? And what is causing this error?
