PPT Studio and PPT Wand 2013

Hello,

I am using PPT Studio 3.40 on a laptop, and I have it also on a PC.

I am using the PPT Wand 2013 as controller.

PPT studio can read data of the Wand normally on the PC. However, on the laptop, it takes long to connect the wand, or does not connect. Therefore, when I try to close PPT studio, it becomes nonresponding.

Any suggested solution to solve this problem of PPT studio on the laptop?

The specs of devices are as follow:
PC: Windows 7 - 32 bit
Laptop: Windows 8 - 64 bit

Solved the problem.

Did not realise PPT studio should not be connected to the internet.
