How to run vizard scripts from outside the vizard IDE?

I have a program written in java that I want to link with vizard for cave support (preferably by using the java JEPP library). I'm currently using the trial, and trying to run vizard scripts outside of the vizard IDE causes access errors.

What license would I need to run vizard scripts outside of the vizard IDE?

The following knowledge base article describes how to launch a Vizard script from the command line:

This should work with trial versions of Vizard, unless the trial has expired.
