An error occured when adjusting thresholds

Hi,

I was trying to adjust the thresholds for one of the cameras, the a fatal error was prompted. A screenshot is attached. I tried to restart the PPT studio and also restart my computer but it didn't help. I am wondering how to solve the problem?

I have also tried to power cycle the Ethernet switch, but it is still not working.

Close down PPT Studio and power cycle the switch. Wait for the cameras to show a connection in the DHCP server and then start up PPT Studio. If you're still having issues please contact us at support@worldviz.com for further assistance.
