scale adjustment

hi everyone...
I have a small question...
when I run my models on my pc screen, they work properly... the scaling is right, I am on the ground and I walk on the ground. but when I run it on multi screen then the scaling is not right. everything is so much bigger except me. I am as big as a pigeon. I am not on my chosen starting point. I'm whether under the ground or in the sky flying.
why is it happening and how can I fix it ??

Can you post example Vizard code that reproduces the issue?
