Texture Load Error

In the Demo Gallery.py I get.

** ERROR: Could not load texture 'BALL.JPG'
DynamicLibrary::failed loading "
osgdb_jpeg.dll"
** ERROR: Could not load texture 'art/van-gogh.jpg'

Whats happening ?
