Issues with Calibration Rig

After setting up the PPT X8 (by the book) I cannot get the cameras to recognize the Calibration Rig. The screen is showing that the cameras are picking up the 4 flashing lights but when I hit calibrate it says " None of the cameras detect a working calibration rig". Any suggestions? Thanks

This usually indicates that there is some other ambient light source that the cameras are picking up on. Make sure you don't have any stray PPT markers in the field of view of the cameras. Also, make sure no other light sources are interfering (incandescent bulbs, sunlight, etc..).

if you need help with this, your PPT comes with 1year support contract. just email support@worldviz.com, and one of our technical team members can help you figure out what is going on over screen sharing.

if you play around and cannot fix it yourself easily by changing the settings, this is the best and fastest solution, rather than wasting a lot of time on your end.
