Client Server Networking Problem

Hi guys:
I am facing two problems at the moment
1) I'm using vizard 5.7. I have a problem with networking with my computer, I use a networking script similiar to the one in vizard tutorial server/client; The error that I'm getting is attached in the image.

Every time a client connects to the server, the server correctly receives the UPDATE event but the connected clients never receive it. I do not understand why:
- the client to server communication works fine;
- the server to client communication does not work;
