animating built-in vizard male and female avatars

I'm trying to building custom animations for the built in male.cfg/female.cfg avatars, but I seem to be missing some files.

I found some files on our server called femaleBiped.max and maleBidped.max with Word doc instructions on to animate them and incorporate them into vizard. However, I can't find skeleton files referred to in this tutorial (femaleSkeleton and male Skeleton.) 3ds max won't read the male_skeleton04.csx located in the resources/male folder.

What tutorial are you referring to? The bones/skeleton should be in the .max file with the avatars.
