making a line "3D"
Is there an easy way to give a line a 3D profile? Clearly, you can increase the line width - but that results in a spherical cross-section. Is there a simple way, or a short cut, to specify an arbitrary cross-section? I have some curved lines that I want to treat in this way, preferably without having to specify a 3D polygon for each line segment.
