Trouble Tracking 2 LEDs Independently

I tried to place two trackers into Vizard, and they are both outputting tracking data, which is assigned to the position of a box; a box is used for each one of the trackers. The problem is that one box moves independently of the other, which is the desired outcome, and the second tracker moves both of the boxes together. Is there some way that I can assign the boxes to two trackers that move completely separate from each other? It almost seems that one tracker is acting as a parent tracker for both boxes, and the second tracker is acting like a child, moving it's assigned box separately.
