lock the eye to the floor level

Hi, i'm running thru the tutorial of Import SKP file into Vizard to view in Oculus + Touch.
How do i "lock" or attached the eye level to follow the walking surface level ?
"e.g - like climbing stairs

Offset can be applied to tracker data in the vizconnect offsets dialog or in the script that imports the vizconnect configuration. To apply the offset in the script, first get a handle to the tracker link as shown in the trackers page.
