Question Demo Launcher avatar hand orientation

Hello,

We received our VizMove last week and we've set everything up and it's everything is working fine apart from the virtual hand.
I know from previous sessions that the demo launcher should reset the hand's orientation when pressing trigger and analog buttons at the same time while pointing the want to virtual north. However, this doesn't seem to do anything. Do you happen to know what's causing this issue and how it can be fixed?

Thanks,
- Antti

There is a vizconnect preset option for the vizmove system. That should have the correct mappings for the reset (trigger+analog button). Try that if you have not done so yet. Can you attach the vizconnect config file you're using here?

Thanks for the reply Jeff.
We got it working by modifying the VizConnect config file. The preset was set to keyboard operated reset instead of wand operated - swapped that over to get it working.
We also had some other presets missing initially, IP config for cameras, markerID identification etc. But they're all set now.
I'll come back to you if we face some other shortages.
