Linking and Physics
We are utilizing the 3d mouse to move a floating hand which is just a normal viz child. However the collision detection doesn't work. We also have key bindings to move the hand and when the hand is moved utilizing the key bindings the hand will not pass through objects and properly collides. Is there something we are missing in terms of linking objects to devices and it's affect on collision?
The code is fairly disorganized at this point but it's something along these lines. sudo code lab = viz.addChild("lab.osgb") labCollide = lab.CollideMesh hand = viz.addChild("glove.osgb") handCollide = hand.CollideMesh device = 3dconnexion viz.link (device, hand) physics on |

Can you post a simple example that can be run and reproduces the issue for you?
