How to debug Vizard lights
Dear @ll,
while reworking our scripts I did touch our lights definitions, writing a method for adding lights, and using light groups. Then I ran into the problem that the lighting effects were different comparing the scripts on the same model. I wanted to find out the differences of the setup of my lights but could not find any getter method on <node3d:light> for position, attenuation, spread etc. Neither could a look into the source code or debugging the script return any information to that matter. Documentation and forum would not reveal any answer to me, too, so I ask: are any hints to debugging lights available? Best Regards, Walter
