Flock of birds data

I am currently collecting data from a flock of birds. I have sucessfully written a Vizard programme which allows me to write streamed position and angle data into an excel spreadsheet.

However, if I use the software which accompanied the flock of birds (either BBIRD or CBIRD) i get very different data than when I use the Vizard programme.

Has anyone else experienced this and know the cause of it?

Vizard's and Flock of Bird's coordinate systems are defined differently.

This page in the Vizard docs shows Vizard's coordinate system.
