yes I have tried that as well. The problem is that the exporter folder is empty. There are only text files in it. there are no .dll and other files to be copied in the plugin. Is there any other place that I can download the exporter?

So you're saying you downladed the Cal3D Exporter from our site. Then you ran the .exe file and that afterwards you don't see the Cal3D plug-in showing up in Max's plug-in folder?
