Never mind. I figured it out.

viz.pushmask(viz.MASTER)
viz.go(viz.STEREO_RIGHT | viz.FULLSCREEN | viz.HMD)
viz.popmask()

viz.pushmask(viz.CLIENT1)
viz.go(viz.STEREO_LEFT | viz.FULLSCREEN | viz.HMD)
viz.popmask()
