Developing the visual capabilities of Vizard is important to us. Vizard 3.0 will have a number of improvements that have not yet been finalized.
Vizard currently supports the Open GL 2.0 shading laugage. Check out the examples Vizard30\examples\shader

Regarding your c) from above, can you elaborate or attach a screenshot. I'm not following what you mean by light penetration.

Demo created to explain point (c) above... and open day in out dept.

I've created a demo where light penetrates polygons as I mentioned above in point (c). The filesize is 3.5 mb, I can't post this in the forum, could I send this to your email address instead? My vizard expired last night, I tested the files and all worked fine. When will the next beta be released? We are going to have an open day in our dept. on 09-sept-06 The demos that we created utilise features from Vizard 3 beta, and can't be run from Vizard 2.53 (this is the license that we owned).
