Make sure you follow all the steps in the Cal3D workflow documentation. Let us know if you still have issues after that.

Hi Jeff,
thanks for your fast reply! I used the cal3d guide your send me. But this only made the avatar look better in the gui graphics window. The problem with not loading the avatar when running the script is still there. I've attached a screenshot. I'm using 3dsmax 2015, Vizard 4 and the Cal3d 2015 exporter downloaded from worldviz.com Thank you for your help! Best, Jeroen |

Dear Jeff,
as far as I know I followed the cal3d export procedure correctly. 1. I tried to load the avatar into vizard 5 (was using 4 before). When running the script, I'm not getting any errors but can't see the avatar at all. 2. When double clicking the avatar.cfg, the inspector tries to open but gives me an error, "Vizard inspector has stopped working". Can someone please give me any pointers on what is going wrong here?
