3D Images
I have a project where I need to import simple 3D images of Square bars made of sheets of plastic, some with round ends. I need to know what is the best format to import them in Vizard. At school we have Sloid works, Rivets, Autodesk, and Autocad.
2D might also work. I drew them up in in solid works but I read that .sldprt images cannot be imported in Vizard. Thanks Last edited by starlingstm; 01-20-2012 at 10:35 AM. |

I'm not familiar with the sldprt image format. Does it just contain a separate image for the left/right eyes? If so, can you save each eye image to a standard image format (e.g., jpg, png, ...)?

Sorry I meant to say 3D model, it was made in Solidworks. I also saved it as a .wrl file but I cannot import it.
Does it matter if it is VRML 1.0 or 2.0 ? |

Thank you, we figured it out. We built the 3D model in Slolidworks, and saved it as a VRMl (.wrl) file.
