cant read head tracker from hmd

i have a virtual i o old hmd with tracker that works with serial port.

i was trying to use it with the tutorial example of head tracker but doesn't connect the application with my tracker, i was searching in the help documents but i didnt find anything that helped to solve my issue.

i dont know if i missing something?
