The steps to use UTF-8 in Vizard and display Chinese characters are as follows:

1) Be sure you have installed the files for East Asian languages

2) Within Vizard, turn on UTF-8 encoding (File menu / Encoding / UTF-8).

3) Configure your language settings using the windows language bar.

4) Display Chinese characters as shown in the attached screen shot.
