cool, thanks. that sounds promising. as i work on the software that will do tracking on the other machine, i just needed to know if i did something wrong. as i'll finish it today and fly back home tomorrow it seems as i won't be able to test it but i'm shure a colleague of mine will when you come up with a patch.
