Have you tried the unofficial binaries found here?

I believe I've had luck with the SciPyStack for Python 2.7, found here.
The stack includes numpy and a bunch of other modules.

A search also turns up a PyDaQMX build:
PyDAQmx‑1.3‑py2‑none‑any.whl
