Looks like the FasTrak was using the 32 bit driver instead of the 64 bit driver. It looks like the 64 bit drivers are loaded on my computer, so I will see why it wasn't using the 64 bit driver.

I checked out my Patriot tracker and it is using the Patriot 64 bit driver and working correctly.

Thank you for the information, I should be able to get it working now that I know what to look for.
