How to load *.jpgx file? (not jpg)

I found that the link does make an error the following:

I know that viz.eyeheight(0) makes an error also.
My code in page 46 in Teacher in a Book is as follows:

view_link = viz.link( head_bone, viz.MainView )
#Set the eyeheight at 0 (so the default
