OK, I see now. It looks like a clip plane issue caused by the large scale being applied to your model. Try manually specifying the clip plane:

Code:

viz.clip(0.1,200)

This sets a small near clip plane. Basically everthing between 0.1 and 200 meters from the viewpoint will be rendered.
