HOW to create flying ballon

hi.. i am quit new in using vzard.. and i am now exploring to make the flying ballon that thight by string...

my problem is... :

1) make the ballon control by mouse or air mouse
2) the string must have the physic n gravity factor...

i really appreciate if any body can help..
