OK So we had some success with the 4K video (2mins). Basically the issue we found for us was that the video was 60fps, once we dropped down to 29.97 (NTSC) it played fine on single runs. The video was in MP4 H.264 format and we had installed the k-lite codec pack to make sure relevant codecs were available.
