Hi Could someone help me out? I just install the fall edition and I 'm having this black fog wierdness. Seems like I can't get rid of this.
I started with; Code:
headLight = viz.MainView.getHeadLight() headLight.disable() Code:
#Load 3D virtual Environment
self.terrain = viz.add('data/world/terrain.osg')
self.terrain.setScale([Globals.SCALE, Globals.SCALE, Globals.SCALE])
#self.terrain.disable(viz.LIGHTING)
self.terrain.disable(viz.FOG)
self.terrain.enable(viz.CULL_FACE)
self.terrain.enable(viz.CULLING)
Please see attached screenshot. wierdFog1 - how the scene looks from starting point wierdFog2 - how the scene looks from 50-100 units from above starting point Kind Regards, Iwan |

Hi,
I changed the fog type from none to exponential, and it seems to brighten things up. I could be mistaken, but If I remember correctly, setting the fog to none should disable the Fog, no? Kind Regards, Iwan |

My Apology...
The problem lies in the shader program. It's all fixed now. |
