What are the options for making a movie of a Vizard world?

I am using version 3.0 of Vizard.

I would like to save a movie of a world I made in which an avatar walks around the art gallery and talks about the paintings. I tried Crtl+F12. It worked but with some drawbacks. It made an avi file that took up a quarter GB for 9sec. How would I compress this file? Also, the movie was very choppy, not exactly representative of what was playing in Vizard. A more important concern, the avi did not include sound even though the avatar was talking during the 9sec. of recording. Is that normal? Are there other options for making a movie of a Vizard world? Do any of these options play as well as what is played when Vizard executes a world? Thanks for any advice! ~Karla |

There is a commercial product called Fraps that will create slightly smaller files and records audio as well. You might want to look into that.
