Split Screen

I am trying to split the screen horizontally, so that in the top half I could have an environment running and the bottom half I could have some user interface ( eg. buttons, drag down, text boxes etc.) I have tried viz.SPLIT and it doesn't work in Vizard20.

Please suggest a way to do what I am trying to do.
