more than 1G Graphics Memory

Hi,
is there anybody who could suggest a graphics card with MORE THAN 1 Gigabyte of video memory that works with vizard 3.0?
So far I found 3 candidates:
** Gainward Geforce GTX260+ Core 216 1792MB, PCIe 2.0, DVI, HDMI, VGA
** Gainward Geforce GTX295 1792MB, PCIe 2.0, DVI
** MSI Geforce GTX295 1792MB, PCIe 2.0, DVI
