error when using getBoundingBox()

Hi All

Im loading a wrl file and using getBoundingBox() but it returns

[1.#INF, 1.#INF, 1.#INF, -1.#IND, -1.#IND, 1.#QNAN]

Is the anything i can do to get the box size?
