3D connection to Vizard software

Hello Administrator,

How do I get connected the 3D with the vizard software? I have my trackers(wand,eyes) installed to Powerwall.

When I go to edit,option and click it, I should get a Vizard option . But I don,t get it. Could you please help with this?
