Also perhaps try removing any cables, splitters, or switch boxes just to isolate the problem and determine if it's definitely occuring in the HMD. If you have more than 1 HMD, swap boxes / head gears. Also hook it up to a different computer to make sure it's not the computer's graphics card. If all points to the HMD, then maybe something has been shook loose.
