ppt-x plugin returned zero or less cameras, 0

I tested our WorldViz setup recently (PPT-x 3.14.5512) and had a healthy system that could track our space along with head orientation from an intersense inertiacube2. When I launched PPT-X today, the first thing it did was to ask for the serial numbers for the camera. The serial number text entry box was on top of a button which was inadvertently activated. When the program finished initializing, it said that it could not find any cameras and that the null plugin would be used instead. When I try to load the ppt-x plugin, the same thing happens, it scans for a second and then says no cameras found.

No problem, I thought, I had old configs so I copied that over the cfg file that was generated from the above session. The same thing ended up happening, no cameras. I double checked the serial numbers, and they were all correct in the cfg file:

I opened the transformer box to make sure that the fuses were okay and that the cameras were connected to the Matrox board. Everything looked good.

I then connected the cameras to an external monitor to make sure a signal was coming through the BNC connections. The cameras are all working.

Still though, the PPT-X program is not able to see the cameras.

I opened the Matrox utility to make sure that the board is working. I dumped the System Info and it showed a Matrox Morphis card. I can't get an image with Intellicam though.

At this point I'm stuck. It seems like an issue with the Matrox board, but I am uncertain on how to debug it. When I pull up the DCF file for the Morphis board, it only shows 1 tap and 1 camera, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. I don't know.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
