Either XP and Vista should work fine. We recommend nVidia graphics cards. If you need frame-sequential stereo (shutter glasses, projectors, etc..) then we recommend an nVidia Quadro series card, which supports quad-buffered stereo. Otherwise, the latest nVidia Gefore 9 series cards will do just fine.
