Did you:
--check the "force 3D" checkbox on the misalanious tab of the LabView utility?
If you did all that then I'm stummped.
If you are not getting flikering on the plain old monitor also check that you:
--Put viz.QUAD_BUFFERING in the viz.go call.
--Enable stereo in the nVidea control panel.
