Code should be this for nVisor:
viz.go(viz.HMD|viz.STEREO)
When you say "does not show up" do you mean you not seeing vizard at all (no bouncy loading ball)?
If so, then perhaps you still have your viz.fullscreen.monitor set to 3 still? Change that back to 0.
